My academic journey began with a deep interest in human behavior, decision-making, and the underlying psychological factors that shape how people think, act, and connect. At the University of Houston, I pursued a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, where I developed a strong foundation in research, critical thinking, and behavioral analysis—skills that continue to inform my leadership and strategic approach in business today.
This undergraduate experience played a pivotal role in cultivating both emotional intelligence and analytical rigor, empowering me to better understand team dynamics, customer behavior, and organizational culture—elements that are just as critical in the boardroom as they are in the classroom.
