When I began my journey at the University of Houston pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, I never imagined how deeply the degree would shape not only my understanding of people—but also my ability to thrive in professional environments. Psychology taught me more than mental processes; it laid the foundation for strategic thinking, leadership, and effective communication.
